“The universe is made up of stories, not atoms.” – Muriel Rukeyser

Who doesn’t love listening to stories? After all our lives are in a way the stories that we tell about ourselves.

Hari explores the interconnectedness of yoga and stories in his storytelling sessions. Hari uses stories and storytelling is used as a medium for the listener to connect with themselves.

Hari has led story telling sessions for both children (above 5 years) and adults. He has also co-created a program “Minna Minni” with the International Story Teller Deepa Kiran, introducing each element of yoga through stories. Two editions of Minna Minni have been organised so far in Cochin and Hyderabad, respectively.

Hari also leads a weekly storytelling session for students at Sahasra – Centre for Learning in Hyderabad, India.

Hari is also part of the core team of Amar Chitra Katha Learning Center at Hyderabad to design and lead programs in yoga and storytelling.
