I got introduced recently to the Krishnamacharya tradition of yoga, an outstanding way to heal the body from within. I'm a firm believer that mental well being determines physical well being. The current lifestyle for most of us is quite deteriorating health wise. This particular practice addressed all my physical and mental issues including building stamina, toning up, combating stress, menstrual irregularities / PCOD and my anxiety issues. I could feel the difference within a month into the practice.
I've never met anyone that had such a methodical approach to designing a custom practice for an individual's needs. Hari doesn't rush, and starts with the basics which is very important. Yoga shouldn't tire you, it should help you energise/relax. This is exactly how one feels at the end of Hari's class.
