I used to be very quick to judge myself and the other. This is very self damaging sometimes because I tell myself I am a very bad mother or I am very bad at this project or I am excellent in something. This entire process is helping me be in the observer state and give it sometime before I quickly take a call to go this way or the other. I am able to give a longer reaction by mentally to take a call . There is a lot more to put into practice. It has made me feel light many times.
