Through my yoga practice with Hari, I can see that my breath has become clear, energy is good, and I feel calmer and happier in my mind. And I feel more flexible and feel that I understand my body better now. My relationship is working well because I see myself as a calmer person now. I don't prolong fights or I don't get agitated about little things. I have learnt patience.
Hari is an amazing instructor. I was never a fan of yoga before but he makes me fall in love with my practice more as we progress. He plans the course according to my needs or likes or mood for the day. He's extremely professional in planning classes and gives so many options for various other workshops that would be of interest to us.

Having experienced Hari's technique briefly at the Mahabharat Immersion program, I felt like it would be good to be able to explore subtler aspects of Yoga - beyond the regular aasana that most conventional yoga practices seem to offer.
I was pleasantly surprised to know how deep he went into first studying where I was - physical strength, mental strength and most importantly emotionally. His technique ensures that I am the person who sets my intentions / goals, and it almost makes me believe that he's just a small instrument in achieving it, when really, he's closely monitoring, correcting, observing and above all - being the Sakhi.
If you are someone who doesn't want to limit your study and experience of Yoga to mere Asana and seemingly distant theory, if you are someone who would like to embark on a journey to integrate Yoga in your daily life (including breathing techniques) - Hari is the best there is. I strongly recommend him!

I have a heightened awareness of my energy and body after practicing yoga with Hari. I also feel a lot of pain relief and greater mobility in the body now.
I enjoy Hari's sessions as it helps me to bring consolidation to the past weeks to see my own flow. He has a very warm and kind way of listening and sharing. While practising by myself is a challenge, the online sessions with Hari have made my life easier. I've come to realise that the one-t0-one yoga sessions are great and focused on my unique needs.
